Chuao Chocolateir (pronounced chew-WOW) is a fairly new company that was started up in 2002 by two Venezuelan born brothers, Master Chef Michael Antonorsi and his CEO brother Richard Anonorsi.Now residing in San Diego California, Michael and Richard and pride themselves on pioneering "fusion chocolate".
